I bought bulk license with Alipay, but received the wrong message. I clicked the bulk license authorization page and chose Alipay payment

Then I jumped out of paying the two-dimensional code, and I scanned the payment. Payment page closes and goes back to PrintHand page. But the following prompt appears:
Purchase failed. Please make sure your payment method is valid.

Cannot download drivers as I'm connected to the Printer WiFi hostpot!
Printer: HP Deskjet 2540 All-in-One
Device: Android (various tested)We've noticed an issue in downloading drivers for a Wireless printer:
A: We connect to the printer WiFi hotspot
B: PrintHand identifies the printer and attempts to download the driver
C: PrintHand fails as the device uses WiFi, which is the printer!To get around this we have to disconnect the WiFi at a specific part of the PrintHand routine and hope that we get 3G / 4G signal to download the driver.
If there's any way to streamline this, we would certainly appreciate it as we've had many confusing emails…
