Render error 16777216 making it impossible to print documents

I am printing from my samsung galaxy note 8 and have downloaded this app from the google play store. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app yet I still get this error every time I try to print a document other than a picture.

    I reccomend that you look on the play store by the name PDF2JPG it converts PDF files to jpgs so you can be able to print it that's the only way I've found to get around it.

    Same here, can print calendar, photos, but not any kind of office documents (word, excel, power-point) no matter if created with smart office, ms-office, quickoffice, OfficeSuite Pro, Docs to Go or Kingsoft Office. So for me its useless.
