    We will need to know the make and model of the device on which you installed PrintHand app; the make and model of your printer;
    and the interface you are using to print: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or USB.
    Also, please let us know whether you are referring to the mobile app or to the desktop app?

    please make sure that you are downloading it from www.printhand.com. Genuine app should not contain any malware or viruses. In case you've downloaded it from our web site and still see an alert from your anti-virus, please send us the alert. It is likely to be false-positive.

    So, please contact us at support@printhand.com and provide more information about your setup and the problem.

    We do update drivers as soon as the latter become available. This driver is not available for the Android yet, sorry.

    Hello,

    please make sure that you have a stable Internet connection at the time you are installing library pack.
    Re-install the app if the problem persists.

    Also you can try downloading the libraries manually from the app's menu. Make sure that your Internet connection is ON. Launch the app, tap the gear icon in the top right portion of the screen, tap Libraries and download all the libraries needed for printing:

    - ESCPR
    - Gutenprint
    - HPLIP
    - Rendering library
    - Fonts collection (optional)

    please try using Epson EM900 or EM930C drivers.

    To select a driver for your printer you need to do as follows:

    1) Launch the app
    2) Go to the list of detected printers by tapping Manage printers (if you've already selected a printer, it can display the printer's model) button in the top of the screen -> Nearby Wi-Fi printers.
    3) Tap and hold your printer
    4) You will see a new menu
    5) Tap Select manually
    6) Select the driver

    unfortunately, we do not have a specific driver for your printer, sorry.

    However, you can try using one of the drivers designed for the similar printer models:

    Brother HL-2030
    Brother HL-2035
    Brother HL-2060
    Brother HL-2460

    To select a driver for your printer you need to do as follows:

    1) Launch the app
    2) Go to the list of detected printers by tapping Manage printers (if you've already selected a printer, it can display the printer's model) button in the top of the screen -> Nearby Wi-Fi printers.
    3) Tap and hold your printer
    4) You will see a new menu
    5) Tap Select manually
    6) Select the driver

    Укажите марку и модель вашего мобильного устройства, на которое вы установили приложение, а также марку и модель принтера. Также укажите интерфейс, который вы используете: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth или USB.
    Не обещаем, что сможем сделать драйвер, но постараемся его найти.

    Обычно мы просим прислать принтер для разработки драйвера, т.к. мы не в состоянии приобретать все принтеры, которые нас просят добавить. Надеемся на понимание.

    Actually, the app is able to print selected pages. :)

    You just need to select a page with a tick in the print preview screen. Alternatively you can tap Print and then select the page range or certain pages in the pop-up menu.

But you can try using one of the Generic drivers or drivers designed for a similar printer model by selecting it manually.

    Anyway, we will add your printer to the list of requested drivers.

    If using generic or similar driver does not help, you can install our desktop app on your computer in order to print using the desktop drivers. Please refer to our official web site for more information.

    Note: in the latter case your computer needs to be ON and our desktop app needs to be running when you are printing from your mobile device.

    What is the make and model of the device on which you installed PrinterShare app?
    What is the version of PrinterShare app?
    What is the make and model of your printer?
    What interface are you using to print: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB?
    Do you see any errors? If yes, please send us a screenshot of the error. This would be helpful.
