    Unfortunately we are not sure when or if we are going to be able to create a specific driver for this printer. There are no drivers that are known to be compatible with this printer, sorry. But you can try using one of the Generic drivers by selecting it manually.

    Anyway, we will add your printer to the list of requested drivers. :)

    Did you save the puzzles using the Sync option on your previous device prior to deleting it? If you did, please make sure that you are inputting the same code, which you were using to save the progress.

    this may happen if in-app purchases are disabled on your iOS device.
    Go to iOS Settings>General>Restrictions and switch In-App Purchases to ON.
    Next, uninstall CrossMe application from your device. Make sure that you are logged in to the Apple Id which you used to purchase CrossMe and download your CrossMe app from Apple App Store again. Once done, launch CrossMe, go to its options and restore the purchase.

    Hello everybody!

    We are currently aware of the issue and working hard on the fix. It should be released in the near future.

    Meanwhile could you please try saving your progress using the Sync option on your old iPhone first? Please use a long and somehow sophisticated code to make sure that the code is unique.

    After that please try uninstalling the app from both devices and installing it anew. This should help you unlock the puzzles on your iPad.

    Where did you buy the app? Which email account were you using to do so?
    Please make sure that you were using the same account as you are using to restore the app.
    Also please see if the app listed in the list of your apps available for the said account.

    If you are asking about the purpose of the app, it is simple - to let you print on a variety of supported printers (over 4000 printer models).

    To select a driver for your printer you need to do as follows:

    1) Launch the PrintHand app
    2) Go to the list of detected printers by tapping Manage printers (if you've already selected a printer, it can display the printer's model) button in the top of the screen -> Nearby Wi-Fi printers.
    3) Tap and hold your printer
    4) You will see a new menu
    5) Tap Select manually
    6) Select the driver

    To turn Auto fill option on please update the game to the latest version available and go to the Settings menu. The option should be there.

    We've updated the library. It should be already available for download.

    You can try downloading the libraries manually. Make sure that your Internet connection is ON. Launch the app, tap the gear icon in the top right portion of the screen, tap Libraries and download all the libraries needed for printing:

    - ESCPR
    - Gutenprint
    - HPLIP
    - Rendering library
    - Fonts collection (optional)

    After that please provide us with some feedback.
