    Hello,

    Unfortunately we are not sure when or if we are going to be able to create a specific driver for this printer. There are no drivers that are known to be compatible with this printer, sorry.

    However, we've added your printer to the list of requested drivers. :)

    What is the make and model of the device on which you've installed the app?
    What is the version of the OS installed?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately we are not sure when or if we are going to be able to create a specific driver for this printer. There are some Dell printers supported by Generic drivers.

    To select a driver for your printer you need to do as follows:

    1) Launch the app
    2) Go to the list of detected printers by tapping Manage printers (if you've already selected a printer, it can display the printer's model) button in the top of the screen -> Nearby Wi-Fi printers.
    3) Tap and hold your printer
    4) You will see a new menu
    5) Tap Select manually
    6) Select the driver

    However, we've added your printer to the list of requested drivers. :)

    Hello,

    Please contact us at support@printhand.com and provide more information about your setup and the problem.
    We will need to know the make and model of the device on which you installed PrintHand app; the make and model of your printer;
    and the interface you are using to print: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or USB.

    Also please try to remember the driver which you were using previously when you were able to print.
